THE ANSWER EX Care & Coat Oil by Kao is a Japanese leave-in hair oil designed to provide moisture, manageability and shine while helping protect the hair from everyday environmental stress.

The formula uses Kao's Persistent Care Film Technology, which forms an even coating over the hair from roots to ends. It is designed to help protect against damage associated with heat and friction, while also helping hair remain manageable under UV exposure, humidity and dry conditions. 

The rich yet non-sticky oil contains Jojoba Seed Oil, Argan Kernel Oil, Camellia Seed Oil and Shea Oil, together with Olive Fruit Oil and Lanolin Fatty Acid. It leaves the hair with a moisturized, smooth and glossy finish.

How to Use

After towel drying, dispense 2–3 pumps onto the fingertips and spread well between the fingers.

Apply through the hair from the inside using your fingers. Repeat as needed. For medium-length hair, Kao recommends approximately 4–6 pumps in total.

Blow-dry thoroughly from the roots through the mid-lengths and ends. A small additional amount can be applied afterward to areas that still feel dry.
